Before joining Dualboot Partners, Rhonda founded Vibrancy21, a sports marketing company that specializes in building foundations for professional athletes and leveraging experiential marketing to connect businesses and brands with athletes to drive impactful brand partnerships. After eight years, Rhonda successfully exited the company and transitioned to Mindgrub, where she excelled in selling custom software development services. She was later promoted to VP of Client Services, becoming a vital part of the leadership team. In this role, she developed and executed operational, sales, and client-centric strategies that drove substantial revenue growth. Additionally, Rhonda served as Director of Business Development at Mindgov, an affiliate of Mindgrub focused on digital solutions for the public sector.
