Throughout her career, Michelle has played a pivotal role in guiding companies through rapid expansion, optimizing business processes, and building high-performing teams. Before coming to Dualboot, she worked at HireNetworks, DCRI, and Sapient Corporation when it was still a startup. Her expertise spans multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, and professional services. With a solutions-oriented approach, she navigates complex business challenges and serves as a trusted advisor to executives and teams alike.
A proud Boston College alum, Michelle earned her B.A. in Economics and excels at aligning business goals with strategic execution. As a Dualboot executive, she ensures we build software that creates business value and is passionate about helping her clients grow and thrive in competitive markets. Her goal is to assist clients develop custom software that helps them achieve sustainable, long-term success.
Beyond her work at Dualboot, Michelle is dedicated to empowering nonprofit organizations through technology and serves on the board of Apparo, alongside the North Carolina Tech Association and SIM Charlotte.
