Kelly Anne O’Neill is a dynamic executive with over ten years of experience empowering entrepreneurs, connecting people, and strengthening industry and community through purposeful leadership. With a diverse background spanning healthcare, tech startups, and nonprofits, she brings a unique perspective to entrepreneurship and business development.
Kelly Anne began her career in the nonprofit sector before transitioning to clinical healthcare as a certified child life specialist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. In 2016, she pivoted to the tech world and joined Atlanta Tech Village where she was promoted to Director of Programming and Sponsorships. Spending five years in this role developing key programs to support entrepreneurs, she forged strategic partnerships with major organizations such as Invesco, Truist, and Coca-Cola. During her tenure, Kelly Anne was pivotal in cultivating a dynamic startup ecosystem, empowering early-stage companies with access to essential resources, high-impact mentorship, and strategic funding opportunities to drive innovation and sustainable growth.
Currently, Kelly Anne serves as SVP of Revenue and Strategy at Dualboot Partners. Her ability to help companies align their strategic business goals with technology that drives growth makes her a key player in expanding Dualboot’s impact across industries. She works closely with founders and executive teams to develop and execute strategies that add business value and contribute to long-term success.
Outside of work, Kelly Anne is deeply involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, serving as a mentor for Techstars and chairing the selection committee for Venture Atlanta. She also serves as a board member for organizations such as Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research and Young Life North Fulton and is a partner in the ATL CEO Council.
