Allison Garber is a technology leader with a proven track record in custom software development, excelling in product strategy, design, DevOps, and UI/UX. In her current role as Senior Product Director at Dualboot Partners, Allison co-leads the product directors and provides strategic guidance and leadership to the team. In this role, Allison helps our team launch critical software products, guiding them through every stage of agile development. Allison leverages her ten-plus years of experience by leading high-impact projects at Dualboot, from ideation through product launch.
Allison’s leadership extends beyond the workplace, shaped by her experience as a collegiate softball player, where she competed at the highest level, including the NCAA Tournament. This competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset translate directly into her work, where she thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at fostering collaboration.
With a deep background in sports technology, Allison has worked for a leading national sports media brand. She also worked for fast-growing SportsTech startups – one which was later acquired by a Jerry Jones-backed company. Her experience in these dynamic environments sharpened her skills in building scalable products, optimizing the UI/UX experience, and leading cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth organizations.
