Allen Williams is an accomplished product executive with over fifteen years of experience in product design and customer success roles. Before coming to Dualboot, he was the first hire at Springboard Retail, a SaaS startup. He was the Head of Product, helping design and build their core product while also building out the customer success team. As the company grew, he worked across sales, marketing, and product teams. Six years after they launched, they sold the business to a Fortune 500 company.
In his current role as Senior Product Director at Dualboot Partners, Allen co-leads the product directors and provides strategic guidance and mentorship to the product team. In this role, Allen helps companies build and launch custom software products, guiding them through every stage of agile development – from ideation to product launch. His strategic mindset and full stack development expertise enable companies to create effective user-centric products that drive growth.
Allen is passionate about leveraging agile methodologies to create innovative software solutions that align with business goals and user needs. His expertise spans product development, go-to-market strategies, and team leadership, making him a valuable asset for high-growth companies. Beyond his professional experience, Allen is a member of the Board of Directors of MitoAction, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, adults, and families living with mitochondrial disease.
